Who we are

DrCV (دكتور سيفي) is a Telegram service run through the bot @SEO_CHECKERR_BOT and its Mini App. It reviews your CV for free and writes an improved CV when you order one.

What we collect

• The CV file you upload (PDF or Word) and the information in it.
• Your Telegram user ID and username, as Telegram provides them.
• Your answers to our questions, the job details you choose, and the edit requests you send.
• Your orders, payment status and amount. We never see or store card details: payments go through Tap or Telegram Payments.
• Messages you send us in the bot chat for support.

Why we use it

• To assess your CV, write the improved CV, and deliver it to you in the bot chat.
• To apply your edits, answer your questions, and resolve payment issues.
• To improve quality, including learning from edit patterns in aggregated form that does not identify you.

Automated processing

We use third-party technology providers, including AI model providers, to read and write CVs. We send them only what is needed to complete your order, and they may not sell it.

Retention

• A CV that was prepared but not paid for is deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Other data, including paid orders and delivered CVs, is kept as long as needed to provide the service, edits, support and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Deleting your data

Send /delete_my_data in the bot chat, or write to us there. We confirm in the same chat once it is done. We may keep minimal payment records where the law requires it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, payments, automated processing), or when a competent authority lawfully requires it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, and only your Telegram account can reach your files and orders. Internal access is limited to people who need it to provide the service.
